Booking & payment

As soon as you know your due date, because Roseville has only 7 rooms. Book a villa visit first, then we help you confirm your dates.

How much is the deposit, when is the balance due, and what is the cancellation policy?

The RM1,000 deposit is paid upon booking and deducted from the package price. 50% of the balance is due 30 days before check-in and the rest 7 days before; late payment may result in cancellation of the booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, no payments will be refunded.

What if my baby arrives early or late?

Your booking dates are usually confirmed about 7 days before your due date. If your baby arrives early or late, let us know and we will adjust your check-in date, subject to room availability at the time. For planned changes, ask at least 7 days before the original date.
